Who We Are

Guarantee Realty was founded in 2018 by Gavin Welch, an Ocala native who saw a gap in the market: property owners were being underserved by large, impersonal management companies that treated their investments like numbers on a spreadsheet.
We built Guarantee Realty on a different premise — that property owners deserve a dedicated local team that communicates clearly, acts quickly, and always puts their interests first. That philosophy has guided every decision we've made since day one.
Today we manage over 150 properties across Lakeland and Polk County, with a team of experienced professionals who are as invested in your success as you are.

Gavin Welch
Founder & Principal Broker
As a third generation real estate professional and investor, Gavin founded Guarantee Realty to give property owners professional management by people who are actually investors. He holds a Florida Broker license and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
Nicole Welch
Director of Operations
Nicole oversees the day-to-day operations across our entire portfolio. Her background in psychology and counseling makes her a great people person and she helps match people and properties.
Linda Wolbert
Maintenance Coordinator
Linda coordinates all maintenance and repair work across our portfolio. Her attention to detail and relationships with local contractors ensure work is completed quickly, correctly, and at a fair price.
